Rules for reviewers
General provisions
The review procedure, publication ethics and editorial policy of the publication comply with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The manuscript of the article is registered upon receipt by the editorial office (registration date) and is checked using automated systems for plagiarism, self-plagiarism and determination of the level of originality (uniqueness) of the text within 5-10 days.
After that, the manuscript of the article must be subject to anonymous review by two leading specialists in the relevant field. The review period is up to 60 days.
Reviewers are informed that the manuscripts submitted to them are the private property of the authors and are classified as non-disclosable information.
The reviewer's decision is not final. The author of the article has the right to provide a reasoned response to the editorial board in case of disagreement with the reviewer's decision. The article may be sent for additional review or for approval by the Editorial Board. The decision of the Editorial Board is final in resolving disputes that arise in the process of reviewing the article.
If the reviewers reject the article, the editorial board sends a written notice to the author.
An article sent to the author for revision must be returned in a revised form within 3 weeks. The revised version of the article should be accompanied by a letter from the authors, containing answers to all comments and explaining all changes made in the article.
The version of the article corrected by the authors and agreed with the reviewers is considered final and must be signed by the reviewers and the scientific editor”To be printed", after which changes to the text, images, or tables become unacceptable."
Review procedure
- The submitted article is registered when the hard copy is received by the editorial office by mail or e-mail (e-version);
- The scientific editors of the journal decide on the selection of reviewers for a given manuscript in accordance with its subject matter;
- The manuscript materials are sent to reviewers for review. The review period is no more than two months;
- After receiving reviews of the manuscript, the editorial board sends them to the author. In case of two positive reviews, the manuscript is prepared for publication. If it is necessary to revise the manuscript, the author revises the article, taking into account all the comments and suggestions of the reviewers;
- The revised version of the manuscript is sent for a second review;
- A manuscript that has received a positive review is approved for publication by a scientific editor, then reviewed and approved for publication at a meeting of the editorial board (date of signature to seal);
- The manuscript approved by the editorial board is submitted to the editorial office for further preparation for publication.
