Compliance with the rules of ethics of scientific publications by all participants in this process helps to ensure the authors' rights to intellectual property, improve the quality of the publication in the eyes of the global scientific community and exclude the possibility of misuse of copyrighted materials in the interests of individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u0420\u0435\u0448\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435-\u043f\u0443\u0431\u043b\u0438\u043a\u0430\u0446\u0438\u044f\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Decision to publish an article<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\">This decision should always be based on a review of the reliability of the submitted data and the importance of the work for researchers and readers. The editor-in-chief should not have any conflict of interest in the articles he rejects or accepts. The editor-in-chief of the journal is responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal are accepted for publication and which are rejected. In doing so, he is guided by the journal's policy and such legal requirements as the prevention of defamation, plagiarism and copyright infringement. Also, in the event of a decision to publish, the editor-in-chief of the journal may consult with members of the editorial board and reviewers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u0421\u043f\u0440\u0430\u0432\u0435\u0434\u043b\u0438\u0432\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Justice<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\">The Editor-in-Chief should evaluate the manuscript solely on the basis of its scientific content, regardless of the race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political views of the authors of the manuscript.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u041a\u043e\u043d\u0444\u0438\u0434\u0435\u043d\u0446\u0438\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Privacy<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\">Editor-in-Chief, editorial staff, members of the editorial board&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-family:  font-size: 18.6667px;\">not&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-family: font-size: 14pt;\">should disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the author(s), potential and assigned reviewers, editorial board advisors, and the publisher.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u0420\u0430\u0437\u0433\u043b\u0430\u0448\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435-\u043a\u043e\u043d\u0444\u043b\u0438\u043a\u0442\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Disclosure of information and conflict of interest<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\">Unpublished data obtained from the submitted manuscripts should not be used by the editor-in-chief, editorial staff, members of the editorial board for personal purposes or transferred to third parties (<strong>without the written permission of the author<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\">The Editor-in-Chief should not allow information to be published if there are sufficient grounds to believe that it is plagiarized. The article, if accepted for publication, is placed in the public domain. <\/span><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><span style=\"color:#0000ff\">If the article is accepted for publication, it will be placed in the public domain<\/span>;<span style=\"color:#0000ff\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span style=\"color:#0000ff\">copyright is reserved by the authors<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color:#0000ff\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-350cc49977c45dc01b60af1926a40800\" id=\"\u0421\u043a\u0430\u0440\u0433\u0438\" style=\"color:#0000ff\"><strong>Handling of Complaints Regarding Academic Integrity and Academic Ethics Violations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6316ded20022eee033121d1fe693ffad wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#0000ff\">The Editorial Board of the Journal strives to maintain high standards of publication quality and takes very seriously any violations of academic integrity and academic ethics, including but not limited to data fabrication or falsification, plagiarism, authorship falsification, and other misconduct.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-546e14d2cfe30261a112de0f6016f39e wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#0000ff\">All authors and co-authors of articles bear personal responsibility for adhering to the principles of academic integrity and academic ethics. The Editorial Board reserves the right to retract publications in case of detection of serious violations of academic integrity and ethical standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3b41766a1f670439ad8b38e45127dbae wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#0000ff\">If you are aware of any violations, please inform the editorial board in writing (by e-mail) to the address med_trans@ukr.net. The complaint must be clear, specific and supported by relevant evidence.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-92a83b4ea807a5771a23ef23aefe303d wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#0000ff\">Review Mechanism: The Editorial Board will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and commence an investigation that will last up to 30 working days. We will follow the relevant COPE guidelines to guide this process. If the allegations are proven, the journal will take appropriate action, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-053d6acb8dd4ccdf6d3e04c8e38551ed\" style=\"color:#0000ff\">\u2022\tImmediate rejection of the manuscript or retraction of the published article;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-73f09460701f2805a459c13484e2fc4f\" style=\"color:#0000ff\">\u2022\tPublication of an official statement in the journal with a detailed description of the nature of the misconduct;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-898bb0ee0d94f031d547ac73ebdf5f92\" style=\"color:#0000ff\">\u2022\tNotification of the authors' institutions and relevant academic bodies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-562c60398d853d585f879046e0577220\" style=\"color:#0000ff\">\u2022\tImposition of a ban on the author(s) from submitting articles to the journal for a certain period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The results will be communicated to the complainant and, in cases of confirmed violations, to the author(s) of the article.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a id=\"Arc\"><\/a>Archiving and long-term open access storage policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Readers and authors are provided with free, open, and unrestricted access to the full archive of the journal on the website, within the Vernadsky National Library, and via unique DOI identifiers for each article and issue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"\u0424\u0438\u043d\u043e\u0442\u043d\u043e\u0448\u0435\u043d\u0438\u044f\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Financial Relations<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The editorial staff does not pay royalties to authors of articles and, in turn, considers it beneath them to accept payments from authors.
